The KS 9100HDE 1/3 ATSR (EURO V) is a powerful diesel power generator of the HEAVY DUTY series, which boasts a robust reinforced construction that protects the tank from damage even during transport. It is equipped with a powerful Könner & Söhnen branded engine that can be used not only as a backup power source but also for continuous operation. Among other things, the power plant is equipped with a preheater, which makes it easy to start the power plant even in winter. The intelligent AVR stabilisation system allows the 230 V voltage to be kept constant and thus protects the power station against unwanted short circuits. This model is also equipped with the VTS phase switching system, which eliminates the need to buy two separate power units. This system can easily switch between the phases - 230 V (single phase mode) and 400 V (three phase mode).

 

BRAND ENGINES

Just as for petrol generators, engines for diesel generators are manufactured under licence from DIMAX Int. and carry their own brand and logo. For all models, the power reserve of the engine compared to the generator allows it to produce the specified voltage and keep it stable over the entire voltage range. All engines are tested for long continuous operation and then dismantled and inspected for faults. Each engine and generator has an individual serial number. This allows us to monitor the production or service quality. The engines meet all world or European standards for quality, economy and environmental friendliness (especially for pollutant and noise levels).

 

VTS SYSTEM

Universal 2-in-1 power units with the unique VTS (Voltage Transfer Switch) phase switching system, which allows you to use one power unit as a single-phase (230 V) and the other as a three-phase (400 V) with almost no energy loss. Each mode has its own automatic circuit breaker. There is no need to buy two separate power stations.

 

ATS OUTPUT - ATS 4/63HD

The ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) unit automatically starts the power station and transfers the load to it when the main power supply is disconnected and automatically stops the power station when the central power supply is restored.

 

INCREASED ENGINE OPERATION

The Heavy Duty series can be used not only as an emergency power source, but also for long-term full-time operation. The motor source exceeds 3000 operating hours, which is confirmed by multi-hour and multi-level tests and warranty. The power pack needs to be properly maintained to exhibit high performance.

 

ERGONOMIC CONTROL PANEL

The comfortable and ergonomic control panel makes the entire unit easy to operate and requires no additional skills. The modern intelligent LED display always indicates the number of hours worked, frequency and output voltage. The information on the display helps to regulate the load on the machine and to start maintenance of the power unit in time, thus extending the life of the machine.

 

PREHEATER

All HEAVY DUTY diesel generators are equipped with a preheating function (PREHEATER), which allows you to start the generator effortlessly in winter.

 

AVR

HEAVY DUTY generators of the Könner & Söhnen series are equipped with an intelligent AVR voltage stabilisation system. It makes it possible both to maintain the generator's output voltage at a constant value of 230 W and to protect the generator from unwanted short circuits and overloads.

 

FRAME REINFORCEMENT

Thanks to the additional frame reinforcement with the upper protection strips, the HEAVY DUTY generator of professional series can be operated in heavy duty conditions. Furthermore, the frame construction ensures the fuel tank additional protection against damage during operation and transport.

 

RUBBER PADS FOR FRAME PROTECTION

For all Könner & Söhnen diesel generators, the additional rubber pads (included in the delivery) ensure corrosion protection. Thanks to the pads, no floor covering or frame paint will be damaged when the generator is working. A transport kit is also available.

 

ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES

The generator is equipped with additional accessories: the transition plug 2P+PE 16 A 230 V, transition plug 2P+Е 32 A 230 V, open-end spanner 8×10 mm, open-end spanner 12×14 mm, open-end spanner 17×19 mm, offset screwdriver 6.0 mm, РН2.

+ Diesel - nemá starosti se stárnutím paliva
+ Když se zklidní (start je plný smradu) jde perfektně.
+ V dokumentech uvedená, a snad opravdu je, emisní třida V.
- Strašně kouří při startu a relativně dlouho stabilizuje otáčky
- Intenzivní hluk a vibrace.

Za tu cenu přesto, že jde o německý projekt, čínskou výrobu a zřejmě polskou kompletaci - to stojí za to.
